Sister taxa: none

Type specimen: CPAP-5007, a mandible (partial left dentary). Its type locality is Mammal Quarry (Río de Las Chinas Valley), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian floodplain mudstone in the Dorotea Formation of Chile.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Mammal Quarry (Río de Las Chinas Valley)
