Sister taxon: Cernotina pulchra
Type specimen: MfN MB.I.8613, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (MfN coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (MfN coll)
