Type specimen: IVPP V 25232, an egg. Its type locality is Jiangjunding, Laiyang, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian terrestrial horizon in the Jiangjunding Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Jiangjunding, Laiyang
