Type specimen: GZG.INV.84982. Its type locality is USGS loc. M2676, Cold Fork of Cottonwood Creek, which is in an Albian marine mudstone in the Lodoga Formation of California.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at USGS loc. M2676, Cold Fork of Cottonwood Creek
