Type specimen: GZG.INV.84991. Its type locality is UCMP A-7308, Bear Creek, which is in a Valanginian deep-water carbonate in the Crack Canyon Formation of California.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at UCMP A-7308, Bear Creek
