Type specimen: AUB 104691(104699), a skeleton. Its type locality is Hakel (AUB collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal carbonate in Lebanon.

Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Hakel (AUB collection)
