Type specimen: FOBU17649a-b, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is 7 miles west of Kemmerer (18-inch layer), which is in a Wasatchian lacustrine - large shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at 7 miles west of Kemmerer (18-inch layer)
