Sister taxa: Cylindracanthus acus, Cylindracanthus bisulcatus, Cylindracanthus gigas, Cylindracanthus isnusris, Cylindracanthus ornatus, Cylindracanthus rectus

Type specimen: AUB 108966. Its type locality is Hadjoula (AUB collection), which is in a Cenomanian carbonate limestone in Lebanon.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Lebanon (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
