Type specimen: BMNH P.9983, a skeleton. Its type locality is Hadjoula (BMNH collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in Lebanon.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Hadjoula (BMNH collection)
