Type specimen: MNHN HDJ 1274, a skeleton. Its type locality is Hadjoula (MNHN collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Sannine Limestone Formation of Lebanon.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Lebanon (2 collections)
