Type specimen: Witteck 3402, a hindwing. Its type locality is Island of Fur (Witteck coll), which is in a Ypresian offshore ramp mudstone in the Moler Formation of Denmark.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Island of Fur (Witteck coll)
