Type specimen: BG. 9325. Its type locality is Ladyburn River, Starfish Bed, Bed No. 2, which is in a Rawtheyan marine limestone in the South Threave Formation of the United Kingdom.
Distribution: found only at Ladyburn River, Starfish Bed, Bed No. 2
