Type specimen: GSC 70373, a pygidium. Its type locality is Broom Point North BPN 245, which is in a Sunwaptan platform/shelf-margin reef limestone in the Shallow Bay Formation of Canada.

Ecology: slow-moving epifaunal detritivore

Distribution: found only at Broom Point North BPN 245
