Type specimen: RAM 9047, a mandible (left dentary fragment with a partially erupted p4 and m1). Its type locality is RAM locality V200702, which is in a Tiffanian fluvial horizon in the Goler Formation of California.
Ecology: scansorial omnivore
Distribution: found only at RAM locality V200702
