Type specimen: CM 69800, a set of teeth (lower right M2-3). Its type locality is Gnat-Out-Of-Hell, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.
Ecology: arboreal insectivore
Distribution: found only at Gnat-Out-Of-Hell
