Type specimen: KAM 5725, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (Kaliningrad Amber Museum collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Baltic Amber (Kaliningrad Amber Museum collection)
