Type specimen: SIZK VT-135, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Rovno amber, Velyki Telkovichi (SIZK VT collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.

Distribution: found only at Rovno amber, Velyki Telkovichi (SIZK VT collection)
