Type specimen: IBIGEO-P 68, an osteoderm. Its type locality is Los Cardones National Park, which is in a Ypresian fluvial sandstone/siltstone in the Lumbrera Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at Los Cardones National Park
