Type specimen: SDSM 5895, a mandible (fragment of left mandible, with M1 and part of M2.). Its type locality is Godsell Ranch Channel, which is in an Arikareean terrestrial horizon in South Dakota.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at Godsell Ranch Channel
