Type specimen: West Bohemian Museum M 00762, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Doubrava village near Nýřany, which is in a Westphalian B terrestrial siliciclastic in the Kladno Formation of Czechia.

Distribution: found only at Doubrava village near Nýřany
