Type specimen: USNM 509453, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is USNM 41742, Log Cabin Mbr, Highland Range, which is in a St Davids marine mudstone in the Pioche Shale Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of United States (17: Nevada collections)

Total: 17 collections each including a single occurrence
