Type specimen: PIN 3136/14, a forewing. Its type locality is Velikaya Kema, Tikhiy Spring (PIN collection 3136), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - small shale in the Kizi Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Velikaya Kema, Tikhiy Spring (PIN collection 3136)
