- Cretoquadratus fossilis: FMNHINS-3965990, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
- Cretoquadratus engeli: CSCLRCAB10140, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (CSCLR collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
