Type specimen: PMO 234.584a+b, a partial skeleton (skeleton lackkng distal right wing and toes of both feet). Its type locality is Jamna Dolna 2, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial shale in the Menilite Formation of Poland.
Ecology: volant carnivore
Distribution: found only at Jamna Dolna 2
