Type specimen: PIN 3320/281, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Garazhovka (PIN collection 3320), which is in a Norian lacustrine - small claystone in the Protopivka Formation of Ukraine.

Distribution: found only at Garazhovka (PIN collection 3320)
