Type specimen: AMNH 14410, a tooth (an isolated second lower molar). Its type locality is Crooked Creek, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana.

• Cretaceous of United States (16: Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wyoming collections)

Total: 16 collections each including a single occurrence
