Sister taxon: Pelretes vivificus
Type specimen: NIGP179899, an exoskeleton (body). Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection)
