Type specimen: CZT-EPH-MA1, a nymph. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (CZT Chen amber/Jiangsu University collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (CZT Chen amber/Jiangsu University collection)
