Sister taxon: Litzicurus orbus

Type specimen: SUI 115469, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is HC6 142.0, Hillyard's Canyon, which is in a Tulean shallow subtidal lime mudstone/packstone in the Garden City Formation of Idaho.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution:

• Ordovician of United States (2: Idaho collections)
