Type specimen: PEFO 43914, a maxilla (associated right premaxilla and maxilla). Its type locality is Dinosaur Wash, PFV 122, Dying Grounds, which is in a Norian fine channel fill mudstone/mudstone in the Chinle Formation of Arizona.
