Type specimen: UCM 62041, a hindwing. Its type locality is Anvil Points, Labandeira site 2005026, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Anvil Points, Labandeira site 2005026
