Sister taxa: Burmissus raunoi, Burmissus szwedoi
Type specimen: NIGP172396, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection)
