Type specimen: Sowiak F 363, a forewing. Its type locality is Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Dreibänk" (Sowiak coll), which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine deltaic claystone in the Flöz Dreibänke Formation of Germany.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Dreibänk" (Sowiak coll)
