Type specimen: UMC 16676a, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Ouachita Mountains collecting locality J, which is in a Furongian deep subtidal shelf grainstone in the Collier Shale Formation of Arkansas.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of United States (9: Arkansas collections)

Total: 9 collections each including a single occurrence
