Sister taxon: Westropia skipperae

Type specimen: ROM 53058, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is ABR TTD (talus collection), Cape Phillips Fm., Cornwallis Island, Northwest Terr, which is in a Sheinwoodian slope carbonate/shale in the Cape Phillips Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution:

• Silurian of Canada (2: Northwest Territories collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
