Type specimen: UCMP 33026. Its type locality is Kearsarge section, bed 8 of Stauffer 1930, which is in a Silurian carbonate limestone in the Vaughn Gulch Formation of California.

Ecology: stationary intermediate-level epifaunal microcarnivore

Distribution: found only at Kearsarge section, bed 8 of Stauffer 1930
