Type specimen: 34-709-17/105852, a pygidium. Its type locality is Bed 34 709-17. Nanbiancun Section 3, which is in a Famennian carbonate packstone/shale in the Yonghsien Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at Bed 34 709-17. Nanbiancun Section 3
