Type specimen: CM 45121. Its type locality is Warren, Marion County, Chouteau Group, Compton Limestone, which is in a Kinderhookian sand shoal grainstone/packstone in the Compton Limestone Formation of Missouri.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution:

• Carboniferous of United States (2: Missouri collections)
