Type specimen: IRSNB a12729, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Couvinoise quarry, which is in an Eifelian/Givetian marine limestone in the Hanonet Formation of Belgium.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Couvinoise quarry
