Type specimen: NIGP 179898, a forewing. Its type locality is Luoyue Avenue, near Ningming, which is in a Rupelian lacustrine mudstone in the Ningming Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Luoyue Avenue, near Ningming
