Sister taxa: Burmapsyche comosa, Burmapsyche palpifurcata

Type specimen: SEHU 54024, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Hokkaido University SEHU collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Hokkaido University SEHU collection)
