Type specimen: IMMNH-PV00731, a skeleton (almost complete). Its type locality is Pigeon Hill, near Taipingqiao village, which is in an Aptian terrestrial siltstone in the Longjiang Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Pigeon Hill, near Taipingqiao village
