Type specimen: ZPAL T.18-14 ⁄ 34; T.25 J094–096. Its type locality is Jazwica Quarry (Lgawa Hill), units P-R, Holy Cross Mountains, which is in a Frasnian slope limestone in Poland.

Distribution: found only at Jazwica Quarry (Lgawa Hill), units P-R, Holy Cross Mountains
