Type specimen: Museum of Eastern Bohemia 1409/E, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Museum of Eastern Bohemia collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Museum of Eastern Bohemia collection)
