Type specimen: PEFO 43891, a mandible (right pseudodentary). Its type locality is Thunderstorm Ridge (PFV 456), which is in a Norian terrestrial horizon in the Chinle Formation of Arizona.
Ecology: amphibious carnivore
Distribution: found only at Thunderstorm Ridge (PFV 456)
