Sister taxon: Phloeocharis agerata
Type specimen: FMNHINS-4357788, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll)
