Type specimen: PDYV1762, an other (A nearly complete left antler with nearly complete pedicle and a small part of frontal). Its type locality is Leilao, which is in a Baodean alluvial fan claystone in the Xiaohe Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser

Distribution: found only at Leilao
