Type specimen: NCSM 29373, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Fortunate Son (NCPALEOUT14), which is in a Cenomanian estuary/bay mudstone in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Fortunate Son (NCPALEOUT14)
