Type specimen: USNM 388110. Its type locality is USGS 23459. Near head of Fisher Draw about 4.5 km (2.7 mi) south of Kaycee, which is in a Cenomanian marine siliciclastic in the Frontier Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
