Type specimen: GPIT-PV-112860, a shell. Its type locality is Na Duong Mine layer 80 , which is in a Bartonian/Priabonian lacustrine - large lignite in the Na Duong Formation of Vietnam.
Ecology: aquatic piscivore-carnivore
Distribution: found only at Na Duong Mine layer 80
